The real estate industry has witnessed a fascinating history in Indianapolis.

The REALTOR^® Foundation assists families, which make up the fastest growing segment of central Indiana’s homeless.

We saw our city take shape as it was first platted. We celebrated your prosperity in the Roaring Twenties. We helped build suburbia in the post-war boom. We mourned with you during Bobby Kennedy’s speech. And we watched with great pride as equal housing turned from fiction into reality.

MIBOR has played a pivotal role in economic development and quality of life. But we’re not about to rest on our laurels. As we begin to celebrate the association’s centennial anniversary in 2012, we remain in the thick of housing trends. We position ourselves as standards–setters. And we advocate for those who don’t have a place to lay their heads at night.
