WELCOME BACK
Welcome back to the Countdown Newsletter. Excitement is in the air as we announce that within the next 40 days we will be saying “Welcome Home” to the first family to occupy a Building a Living Legacy house. It will be a day of pride for everyone who has made a contribution, attended the Dusty Boots Tour or visited the John H. Boner Community Center. Even as the first family prepares to move in, progress is everywhere in St. Clair Place. Of the 32 Building a Living Legacy homes, five are complete, 13 are slated for completion in March and will be ready for families by the time the Countdown clock says zero. I CONTRIBUTED! That’s a statement you can all make with pride as we celebrate MIBOR’s 100 Year anniversary and the Building a Living Legacy project. Not only will you be able say it, but you can show it as well. What better way to celebrate 100 years than with a gift of $100? We are asking every MIBOR member to make a $100 gift to the Building a Living Legacy project in 2011. To help you promote your commitment to your clients and colleagues, we have developed a special 100 icon that you can use once you make your $100 gift. Join in today and help make this project a reality. Together we will create a lasting result on the lives of homeless families striving for self sufficiency. Click here to learn more. As MIBOR approaches its 100th year of existence, a group of highly dedicated members have been pouring over 100 years of everything MIBOR to research a book about REALTORS® and the role they have had in shaping central Indiana over the last century. The book – a fantastic collection of stories and historical references – is nearing completion. Now we need you. What photos, documents, artifacts to you have that would be helpful in telling our collective story? If you have material that you would like considered included in the book, please let us know by March 15. Everything you have will be safeguarded and returned to you. Click here if you have material to share. ![]() TRIVIA GAME IS YOUR TICKET TO THE 2012 SUPER BOWL
